About Me
Choosing a therapist is an important and personal decision. Although meeting and building a trusting rapport is an important part of the therapy process, it is also important that you know my therapeutic approach and professional qualifications.
My style is warm, authentic, compassionate and interactive in working with clients. Theoretically I think from a systemic and strength based perspective to help clients improve their lives. Insight, behavior changes, and a positive shift in emotional functioning can help you live a more fulfilling life.
